These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of WorldsWire, including worldswire.com, the daily geography and culture games, archived challenges, The Classics Vault subscription, user accounts, and Creator Mode. By creating an account, starting a game, or subscribing to The Classics Vault you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree you must not use WorldsWire. WorldsWire may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, by notice through the site or via email. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Accounts and account security
You may play WorldsWire as a guest or create an account using a supported sign-in method. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials associated with your account, for keeping your contact and billing information accurate, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify WorldsWire promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. WorldsWire may suspend or terminate accounts that are inactive for extended periods, that are used to abuse the service, that contain materially inaccurate information, or that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the in-app account settings; deletion is also available by emailing raeliyne01@gmail.com. Account deletion removes associated personal data within a reasonable period, subject to limited retention required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes.
3. The service, content, and changes over time
WorldsWire provides daily games, archived challenges, Classics Vault content, and related educational and entertainment material covering flags, map shapes, ethnic and religious demographics, languages, loanwords, wildcard trivia, and similar geography- and culture-adjacent topics. The mix of categories, the specific questions, difficulty ratings, scoring, ranking systems, archive availability, and Classics Vault content may change over time as content is added, removed, updated, reclassified, retired, or replaced. WorldsWire may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without liability. Game answers, difficulty ratings, rankings, educational explanations, demographic figures, religious data, ethnic and linguistic data, and other geography-related information are provided for entertainment and educational purposes only. Such information is compiled from public sources, may contain inaccuracies, simplifications, or omissions, and may become outdated; it must not be relied upon for academic, professional, legal, medical, immigration, or other consequential decisions.
4. The Classics Vault subscriptions, Founder's Pass, and billing
The Classics Vault is a paid, recurring subscription that unlocks additional content and features within WorldsWire. The price, billing currency, billing frequency (for example monthly or annual), automatic renewal behavior, trial terms if any, and cancellation rights for each plan are displayed on the checkout page before you confirm your purchase. By completing checkout you authorize WorldsWire and its payment processor to charge the chosen payment method on the recurring schedule shown until you cancel.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current rate unless cancelled before the renewal date. Pricing, plan structure, and billing terms may change in the future; where required, notice of changes will be provided before they take effect, and continued use of the subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
You may cancel your Classics Vault subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal linked from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and, unless stated otherwise at checkout or required by applicable law, access to Classics Vault content continues through the end of the current paid billing period and no partial refund is owed for unused time. Refund requests outside of this policy are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Founder's Lifetime Classics Vault Pass. The Founder's Pass is a one-time, non-recurring purchase offered as a limited launch promotion. It grants the same Classics Vault access as a paid monthly subscription, with no renewals. "Lifetime" means your Founder's Pass remains active for as long as WorldsWire itself remains active. If WorldsWire (including the Classics Vault feature) is discontinued, suspended, retired, materially changed, sold, or otherwise ceases operation for any reason, the Founder's Pass ends at that time and no refund — full or prorated — is owed. All Founder's Pass purchases are final and non-refundable once Classics Vault access has been granted, except where a refund is required by applicable law. The Founder's Pass is tied to your WorldsWire account, is non-transferable, and may be revoked if the account is terminated for violation of these Terms, chargeback, suspected fraud, or abuse. WorldsWire makes no guarantee as to the minimum duration the Classics Vault or the service will remain available, and the Founder's Pass does not create any such guarantee.
Access to subscription content may be suspended or terminated if a payment fails and is not cured within a reasonable retry window, if a subscription expires, if a chargeback is initiated, or if the associated account violates these Terms. WorldsWire is not responsible for fees charged by your bank or card issuer, including foreign transaction fees, overdraft fees, or currency conversion fees.
5. License and acceptable use
WorldsWire grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial entertainment and educational purposes. You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically copy content, questions, or answer sets; (b) use bots, automation, or other unauthorized means to inflate scores, streaks, or rankings; (c) resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Classics Vault content or any other part of the service without prior written permission; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or to backend systems; or (e) use WorldsWire in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms. WorldsWire and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the service, including all content, code, branding, logos, and underlying data compilations.
6. Gameplay recordings and Creator Mode
WorldsWire offers an optional Creator Mode that records your gameplay session, which may include your screen, your camera feed, and your microphone audio. By enabling Creator Mode you consent to the activation of camera, microphone, screen capture, and recording functionality necessary to provide the feature, and you confirm that you have the right to record any person whose image or voice may be captured. Microphone permission may also be used by speech-recognition features where offered.
You retain ownership of the recordings you create. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to record, save, share, publish, broadcast, or distribute, and for complying with applicable law and any third-party rights, including privacy, publicity, copyright, and the laws of the jurisdictions in which any recorded individuals are located. WorldsWire does not review or moderate your recordings and is not responsible for them.
You must be at least 13 years old to use WorldsWire, and at least 18 years old to use Creator Mode (or have verifiable parental consent if between 13 and 17). You agree not to use Creator Mode to record any person without their informed consent, or to capture content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, harassing, or sexually explicit involving minors. WorldsWire may suspend or terminate access to Creator Mode at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.
7. Third-party services
WorldsWire relies on third-party providers to operate the service, including Stripe for payment processing and subscription billing, Supabase for authentication and data storage, analytics providers, and hosting and infrastructure vendors. Your use of features powered by these providers is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. WorldsWire is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third parties, including outages, billing issues, data incidents, or changes to their services.
8. Disclaimers
WorldsWire, including the daily games, archived challenges, The Classics Vault, accounts, Creator Mode, and all related content, is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorldsWire disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, and error-free performance. WorldsWire does not warrant that gameplay results, scores, streaks, rankings, or leaderboard standings will be preserved without error or interruption, and reserves the right to correct, recalculate, or remove gameplay data at any time.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WorldsWire, its owners, operators, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) WorldsWire. This includes, without limitation: lost or reset gameplay results, scores, streaks, archives, or rankings; service outages, downtime, maintenance, or discontinuation of any feature or category; subscription billing errors, failed renewals, suspended or terminated Classics Vault access, or disputes processed by Stripe; and any harm arising from gameplay recordings created with Creator Mode, including unintended exposure of audio, video, or surroundings, or any consequences of recordings you choose to save, share, publish, or distribute. WorldsWire's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to WorldsWire in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 50.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WorldsWire, its owners, operators, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of WorldsWire, the content of your recordings, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your infringement of any third-party rights. This obligation survives termination of your account or of these Terms.
11. Informal dispute resolution, arbitration, and class-action waiver
Informal resolution. Before initiating any arbitration, lawsuit, or other legal proceeding against WorldsWire, you agree to first contact WorldsWire at raeliyne01@gmail.com and provide written notice describing the dispute, the relief sought, and your contact information. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally and in good faith for at least thirty (30) days from the date the notice is received before either party may commence arbitration.
Binding individual arbitration. Except for the carve-outs below, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to WorldsWire, The Classics Vault, subscriptions, accounts, gameplay, Creator Mode, recordings, or these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than in court. The arbitrator, and not any federal, state, or local court or agency, has exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of this arbitration agreement, except that a court may decide whether a claim falls within the small-claims carve-out below. This arbitration agreement survives termination of your account and cancellation of any subscription.
Class-action waiver. You and WorldsWire agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, representative, or private attorney general proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.
Exceptions. Nothing in this section prevents either party from (a) seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights or to prevent unauthorized access or misuse of the service, or (b) bringing an individual action in small-claims court where the claim qualifies and remains in that court. If the class-action waiver above is held unenforceable as to any claim or remedy, that claim or remedy (and only that claim or remedy) shall be severed from arbitration and brought in a court of competent jurisdiction; the remaining claims shall continue in arbitration.
12. Governing law and venue
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or to WorldsWire are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Subject to the arbitration provisions above, the exclusive venue for any court proceeding permitted under these Terms (including injunctive relief and small-claims actions) shall be the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
13. Termination
You may stop using WorldsWire and delete your account at any time. WorldsWire may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the service, including The Classics Vault and Creator Mode, at any time and with or without notice, including for non-payment, suspected fraud or abuse, violation of these Terms, or as required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, governing law, and miscellaneous — survive.
14. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intent. WorldsWire's failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without WorldsWire's prior written consent; WorldsWire may assign these Terms freely. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and WorldsWire regarding the service and supersede any prior agreements. Questions about these Terms may be sent to raeliyne01@gmail.com.
